About Guardian Homes
Why this program?
I have seen other breeders do guardian homes; they want the breeding program dogs to have a permeant family and not need to find one at retirement.
I am interested in doing more of a co own. So you are able to get a little money out of this also. Looking for families that want to be a part of a established program.
What I would like to see out of this. Will give me a family a network of like-minded people. More genetic options.
My momma dogs do not need to find a retirement home. They have a family already.

You want to learn more about how genetics work.

Maybe you want a therapy dog for yourself, Or a dog to do scent work, agility. The upfront coast you are struggling with right now.

We do require you live within a 2 hr drive from us.

must continue to feed a high-quality food and treats.

Willing to bring her to our facility for breeding and whelping.

Flexible with us for health testing, bring her to us or take to the clinic for testing.

There is going to be a 1,000 coast to you for the purchase.

must be motivated to keep up with the basic training of their dog.

Willing to get some basic titles, we will pay for the title just need you to do basic obedience. CGC, VHM, CGCU,TNK.
Benefits
The Buyer:

will pay an upright fee that is less than our purchase price and is returned upon the first litter.

will be paid for every litter we have with them while they are in their home (at least $100per puppy for a female and up to $500/litter for a male).

will have a dog that is health tested fully (hips, elbow, eyes, cardiac, and genetics).

We will pay upto 100.00 per AKC title you put on your dog.

may visit the dog and puppies any time while they are in our home.

has free boarding with us while they are out of town on vacation or trips.
